I am going to be traveling in Eastern Europe this winter for about a month, and I need to find a reliable way to stay in touch with my family in the United States. Does anyone have any suggestions? Preferably something relatively simple. I was doing a big of Googling, and I came across Ace Cellular Phone Rentals, which sounds like it is exactly the kind of thing I am looking for. Does anyone have any input on the reliability of this service or any like it? Thanks!
If you are going to have computer access along the way I would recommend Skype, because you can get a number local to your family so calls between you would be free, just like if you were calling from a block away. It really helped save me a lot of money!
