Nijmegen is a fun city to party in. There are a couple of colleges and universities there so there are quite a few young people. Popular places are Cafe van Buuren, Inferno, Matrixx, and Doornroosje. The last two are large clubs while the first two are smaller venues. Also, if you’re there in the summer be sure to catch the Zomerfeesten. It’s a weeklong party with music stages all over the city playing every kind of music and lots of food and alcohol to go around.

If you happen to be in the area and one of the Sensation White or Sensation Black events is goin on its a definite must. They are some of the best trance and dance events you’ll ever see. They can get up to around 30-40,000 people at some venues.
