I purchased round trip ticket, and I can’t find e-mail from statravel. :) Could you tell me how I can resolve this issue? It’s pretty dumb, I have a problem contacting 1800 number from russia.

Did you purchase you ticket from a branch, the 1-800 number or online?

If you purchased an e-ticket form the internet, you can usually change it online (you will need to find your reservation code on your itinerary to do this)

If you purchased it from the 1-800 number you should definatley call them back and have them help you – The number should be listed on the STA Travel website, and they are there 24 hours a day to assist you with these issues.

If you bought it in a branch, then the travel advisor who helped you purchase the ticket will gladly assist you with the change.

NOTE:
1) if you have a paper ‘blue’ ticket you will have to bring it into a branch to have it changed

2) if you have a REGULAR airline ticket, you might NOT be allowed to change it at all. If you are, you will have to change it directly with the airline. The rules, should be printed on your itinerary, but don’t be afraid to contact the 1-800 number with questions to double check.
