It’s not necessarily time of year that dictates price, but availability. So you’re going to find the cheapest rates whenever there are fewer people traveling and subsequently more open seats. Typically, the best months will be February and March. But still airline prices are, unless you have a microeconomics degree, fairly unpredictable.
