i have travelled from ORD to COS on 10 jan when i was travelling i was issued an pass saying voluntary routing,refund only thru tour operator. whe i called these guys and asked them about this they are saying i should not fly through that flight then only then can refund me what a joke.how can i know this when i got this when taking the boarding pass. I was totally confused.
