Probably the best way to get to Paris from Normandy would be a Point-to-Point Rail Pass. I’m not exactly sure where in Normandy you’d be leaving from, so it’s probably best to talk to a Sales Advisor to discuss your options (airfare vs. train, where in Normandy you can leave from, etc.).
