I totally understand not wanting to come back to the States! Every time I travel I have that problem. We just came out with a Work Abroad program in Australia. As long as you’re under 30 you can work in Australia up to 12 months. It used to be only for 4 months so this is really exciting! Our program helps you out with the work visa and provides support for finding a job and a place to live. There’s also course you can take to qualify for a certain job. Dive instructor, surf instructor, windsurf instructor, sailing instructor, ranch hand, or bartending (you need to be certified to be a bartender in Australia).
