The best way to find this information would be to contact your local branch. There is a branch located in Madison, WI that should be able to help you. Their phone # is 608.280.8906.

If you click on “manage account” at the top of the screen, you are able to enter your zip code. After entering your zip code, your local travel experts contact information will be located at the top right hand of your screen. If there is no branch in your area, the 1 800 # will be listed and they should be able to answer any questions that you have.
