you can find the trains on Bahn.de which is the website for the german train system, but they also give bus information. you can buy your ticket there and everything most of the time you can find discounts trips. So check that out. Also, most of the coffee shops and such dont open till 11:00am in Amsterdam so you dont want to get there too early unless you want to go have breakfast and wander around a little bit.
