I’m going to Paris for a few days in July and I was wondering if anyone knew any good hostels to stay in? I’ve been looking on lonelyplanet.com and hostelworld.com and none of the reviews look any good.

There’s a brand new hostel called St. Christopher’s Paris that just opened in January. The St. Christopher Hostel brand is pretty well reviewed all over the UK. Also, you may want to look at the Absolute Paris Hostel and Hotel. It had renovations a few years back and the front staff is super nice. Plus the property is right next to a canal.
Both properties are available on statravel.com
Cheers!

I stayed at the St. Christophers Hostel for a couple nights in March. I would definitely recommend it. Very clean, and very friendly as well!

Appi Hotel. It’s not a hostel but for like 30 euros a night you’ll be a short metro ride away from everything. It’s clean and the staff there is really nice. Breakfast is served too.

Three Duck’s Hostel is a good deal. It’s right between two metro stops, and they have cheap drinks. It’s good for solo travelers who like to meet people.
