Wow, I am suprised no one has answered this. Any time you are looking to backpack through a country, I suggest you go to an STA Travel branch and get 2 things. First, a good guide book for the country. Second, some tour brochures. Even if you absolutely can not afford the time or money for a good tour in the country, you would get some really good ideas of places to go and even an order to travel in. Plus, if a tour company is spending 2 or 3 days in one location, you know that it is not a place to stop in for only a couple of hours.
