I traveled from Lisbon to Lagos via bus, and it took 4 1/2 hours in the rain at night with a few stops along the way. On the way back, we took a taxi, and it was 2 1/2 at about 80 mph. I’d say it’s safe to average the two if you’re looking for an estimate.
