From the co-principality in the Pyrenees!
So the immigration office was not happy that Spain didn’t stamp my passport (I arrived into Europe via Frankfort, Germany). My bus wasn’t stopped for stamping when I entered Andorra. Fortunately, Jordi borrowed a sweet government vehicle and drove us to Spain so we could get stamps… even though none of the other cars were getting stamped. Aw, how we love getting things stamped here.
By “sweet,” I mean “small and uncomfortable.” We left the Mercedes parked in the garage and took this lovely ride on our errands throughout the country.
It’s pretty to see the mountains, but at the end of the day, after teaching all day, I kind of don’t feel like walking up the mountain to get home…. unfortunately, there are no shuttle buses that go my way.
This is me and my three fellow Andorran Fulbrighters, along with Jordi, our favorite government official near Ordino.
