I took this on a cruise in the Galapagos Islands off the coast of Ecuador. I love the juxtaposition here between human and animal. You can admire how amazing this marine iguana is and how close I was able to get to it, while you are reminded of the irony by the human taking a photo in the background that it is still a wild animal and we have inhabited their island to exploit them for photos and human pleasures.

We took this picture in the Salar De Uyuni, Bolivia(Salt Flats). No digital enhancements or remastering involved! The whole place is a lake of dried up salt and creates an optical illusion, a huge playground for artistic photos and fun!
