This is the place where Gandhi was shot and killed in the backyard of his former house (now a museum) in Delhi.
Some Indian School boys at the rathas at Mammallapuram in southern India. They were really excited to get thier picture taken by some American girls :)
The pictures didn’t turn out well since it was raining but the place was amazing. These red torri gates went on for 4 km, periodically punctuated by shrines or other monuments.
In reality, it’s even bigger than it looks in the picture. Incredible. Nara is an amazing place.
Hemeji Castle was once used by the Samuri warriors in Japan. Today it is a museum dedicated to it’s samuri past.
