I was sitting in a cafe in Croatia when this little, Slovak girl walked by. After I took the picture, I asked the waiter if he could ask her name — Nika.

Every day of the month I spent in Celle, this old man played the accordion downtown. Each time I walked past him I wished to take his picture, but he was always sitting in the shade. My last walk through the city before leaving, he was finally sitting in the sunlight, so I got to snap this portrait!
