I took this photo while traveling south on the Mekong. We were docked in a crowded market and to get out into the open water the boat operators use long sticks of bamboo to push off. You can see the lush jungles of South East Asia in the background.

The famous highland cows of Scotland! While these animals are docile, they are still humongous. I got pretty close to this guy to get a frame I liked. He was pretty nice, he posed for me and I was able to give him a nice pat on the head.

While visiting one of the bustling markets in China I took the opportunity to photograph the hundreds of people walking around. This was my favorite image I took that day. His expression and the wrinkles on his face create a memorable photograph for me.

Just as the sun was setting in Halong Bay I snapped this photo from the roof of the boat we were staying in. I waited for the boat in the water to cross the line of the setting sun before taking this. That part was planned, the birds however, were complete luck.

This was my favorite picture I left South East Asia with. It was pouring when we visited this gorgeous waterfall, but I needed to get the shot anyways. I set up my tripod, flung my camera out of my bag, shot quickly and ran for cover to dry my camera. Luckily, nothing was broken and I left with this.
