This is taken in Queenstown, NZ. Amazing town tons of activities that drive adrenaline junkies to the edge.
Early morning in praha. This picture is framed in my room. I love the rays of light breaking through the clouds. The picture has power
I was free traveling across Europe with a great group of friends on my last night with them we took the railroad to the Netherlands. It all began one evening while touring the streets of Amsterdam, November 2006. We left the hotel with high spirits (no puns fyi) hoping to celebrate our travels together. The energetic environment of street performers and thumping music behind walls covered in neon lights just released a flow of endorphins and spontaneous behaviors. Ok so I tried to make this sound like a raunchy late night production yet it’s really far from one. The group I was with was making a right hand turn and visibility was limited to the right. We just continued through the turn until this kid slammed into us on his bike flying like superman and it was dead silent after that. I immediately went over to the kid seeing if he was ok and surprisingly he jumped up and said, “NOT AGAIN!” I picked up his bike while my friends were talking to him and they learned that he was from Virginia. My souvenir from this night wasn’t just the memories but his bicycle grip stuck to my glove and I wasn’t about to give up my glove. So I wheeled the bike over to him and gave him a pat on the back and wished him luck. As we regrouped I bust out the glove with the bar grip still stuck to the glove and it made for a great laugh. So make sure your rubber is covered with something sticky otherwise you might leave it behind with a couple of strangers.
