My photo album
Three summers ago, my high school german teacher insisted that my best friend, Jami, and I get invovled with an international trip that her church was planning. I’m so happy we did because it was the best time of my life! Our group of approximately 25 people (students and parents) visited Munich, Germany, Luzern, Switzerland, Paris, France and the spaces in between. Neuschwanstein Castle, the Eiffel Tower, Rheinland Pfalz, Notre Dame and the scenery in general just blew our minds; but my best memory was a small one compared to these. Driving through the Swiss Alps, our bus load of travelers and our crazy French tour guide rivaled Julie Andrews in our “edelweiss” tribute. It’s cliche, and we knew it, but that’s what made it all the more fun!! You have to take in as much as you can but it’s important not to overlook the little things along the way. I am so excited to learn as much as I can and there is no doubt in my mind that I will travel the world throughout my life.

If you’ve ever traveled you know what I’m talking about. You are just in complete amazement and try to take in everything. This is our first walk through Munich and I especially like this picture because there is so much to look at. You’ve got students ahead of you looking around like an exploring toddler, tourists taking video, and citizens going on with their daily lives…you recognize some store names but the architecture is completely different, if you study the picture longer, the clouds seem to move. This is real time baby!
