euroTrash in Shanghai

It was my birthday during my 2nd study abroad in Shanghai, China.
Our friend Matt’s brother Tom flew halfway around the world to come to Shanghai for my birthday/a weekend discovering the true face of China.
By the time he set foot on Chinese soil, we already had a plan, and its name was euroTrash. It was a weekend-long extravaganza, in which fake accents, stretch-fabric jeans not meant to be worn by men, and shirts not meant to be worn by those over the age of 9 were all to be enjoyed.
In China, you can do anything cheap. We went out 2 days in a row forraging about in the fabric markets and underground fashion stalls searching for the perfect outfits. This is what we wore IN PUBLIC on the night of the euroTrash bash.

Mercedes Benz Pit Crew T-shirt, child size M: 50 kuai
Imitation True Religion stretch jeans, women’s size 2: 100 kuai
Pretending you’re a Dolce & Gabbana model for a night: Priceless.
