Bao looks really content with all his food =) What’s special about this restaurant is that almost all its dishes are traditional Hangzhou cuisines, featured with stories of the dish’s origin on the menu!!

Definitely try the “Chilled lotus”, which takes the lotus stems, steam it, and douse it with brown sugar. Amazing dessert/appetizer
