This is directly after a game in Frankfurt, Germany. You can see the giant screen to the left. There were actually 2 giant screens, back to back, floating in the middle of the river with fans on either side of the river. I believe this is when France beat Brazil, so there are all the French celebrating on the right side of the photo. And of course that is the city of Frankfurt in the background.
