Hiking through Taroko Gorge, in Hualien County, Taiwan, we found plenty of gorgeous natural scenery to enjoy, but also a few man-made gems hidden in the mountainside. We reached this temple via the rope footbridge in the photo, which was suspended over a very deep ravine.
