Arlyn and I have the most fun together. We’re almost never apart and we find something funny in every situation (even when it shouldn’t be funny. One time we took a trip from Davis, Ca to Ontario, Ca. We rented a car (online) and by the time we got there to pick it up, it was gone. lol… so we had to use a different company and ended up leaving the rental place about an hour late. Once on the road we did the usual road trip things (ie: singing horribly loud to the same songs over and over again, playing games like I spy, and then arguing about the best way to get there- those fights I always won though because I was driving hahahaha). Once we got to the Grapevine (only 2.5 hours from home) we realized that we were so close to having no gas that the car wouldn’t accelerate, so we got off the road and into a gas station asap. While there, we decided to entertain ourselves by daring each other to do something. My dare was easy; go up to someone and ask if they had a dollar so that I could buy hemorrhoid cream. No, it’s not so flattering, but fine- I can do that. But for Madame Arlyn, I dared her to take some of the melted chocolate bar from the front seat, take into the bathroom with her, and smear it on her hand (like she had a little accident when wiping and then failed to wash her hands). The restroom was located on the outside of the gas station so everyone could see you go in and then watch you come out. When she came out of the bathroom with the chocolate on her hand, she smeared it on the door handle then acted like “oh… what is on my hand?” She then proceeded to sniff, lick, and gag. It was the funniest thing ever! The guy who was sitting at the table next to the restrooms gagged and walked away and the woman fueling next to me sighed and proclaimed “No home training!” It was so funny. At least it was to us, guess you have to have a crude sense of humor. Everyday is an adventure for us. So how much better would it be to have a real adventures in a completely different part of the world!?!?
