I went travelling with my best friend Katy for 3 months during the summer of our second year at uni. We did a whirlwind round-the-world trip and it was the most amazing holiday. We went to so many places that we’d only dreamed about going…Samoa, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand and South AFrica. I enjoyed travelling with Katy so much, we both love doing the same things and so it makes life really laid back and relaxed. There were no fights and I have the best memories, including celebrating my 21st birthday with the best girl in the world in Cairns on the Great Barrier Reef! Nearly four years on Katy and I still talk about our trip all the time and are already scrimping and saving to get away again. She is the best travelling companion ever!!
