Ryan and I are good buddies from high school and were seperated for college. Luckily, we had the opportunity to travel together after our study abroad programs in Europe. We took energetic European travel to a new level. It was fantastic, this picture is of us in front of the Notre Dame getting by on little food and little sleep but lots of fun. Making the best of everything was our motto. It was near the end of our travels but it was one of the best places in Europe to see. Plus it was a great place to reintroduce Europe to the power of the frisbee. We started in Greece then Italy, made our way to Spain, and finally France, Germany and Holland. I laughed more during those 3 weeks than in my whole life. We connected very well and even though we may act differently, we still think the same. Another funny story is that at the beginning of our travels I stumbled upon chinese characters that represented “Travel Companion”. When I met up with him, we decided to write it on our hands and everyone we met asked us and we told them about our travels together. Our European travels made such a great impression on us that when I had to move back to California from Chicago, I asked Ryan to join me and we continued on a new American adventure. We would love to visit Australia and add another notch to our traveling belts. And that is how me and my ‘mate’ roll, so help us get down under.
