I just got back from my first ever trip to Europe on a Topdeck Tour called "European Odyssey", and what an Odyssey it was! I must say that if you are thinking about Europe, have never been before, and want a bit of it all, definalty check out a Topdeck Tour. I chose to do a hotel tour because I was traveling with my boyfriend and wanted to make sure we had a private room. All of the hotels were wonderful and very appropriate to the area, for example a mountain retreat in Switzerland, and a little Chalet in Austria, and a German Guesthouse. It was all so super cool. I was amazed at the art in Paris and Florence, marveled at the Coloseum in Rome, relaxed on a gondola ride in Venice, went whitewater rafting in Austria, checked out the spires and Castle in Prague, witnessed Amsterdam's red lights, and made some awesome friends! Lucerne, Switzerland was one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen. My boyfriend was so moved by the romance of ancient Prague that he actually proposed! All in all, this trip was the best thing I have ever done, and it will no doubt move you, too.
