Alas, I won’t be there… but I do have some shopping suggestions for you.

If you want the high fashion, but hate Oxford Street’s crowds, visit the lesser-traveled Kings Road – same designers, but without the total chaos.

The markets (Camden, Portabello Road and Brick Lane) are great places to check out up-and-coming fashion student designers and their work. You can also buy loads of designer knock-offs that may or may not have fallen off the back of the truck…

makes me sad i’m not going to london – would’ve loved to shop! not that this is very relevant or anything, but just finished reading the book, Confessions of a Shopaholic and now shopping reminds me of that every time. :) have fun!
