Jasmine was always my favorite Disney princess. She seemed to have it all-a dad who loved her, a huge palace, a cute guy who had a MAGIC CARPET and they could travel as they pleased.

I would travel the world nonstop.

If I won this contest, it would be such an amazing opportunity to reconnect with the past and the present. I could visit my birthplace of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I could visit my family in Manila, Philippines.

I could visit friends and relatives in Japan, Brunei, Germany, Russia, Spain, and even the ones in the United States who live in Boston, Tallahassee, Seattle, San Francisco, Honolulu, Philadelphia, Miami....and the list goes on and on...

I would revisit and re live my Spain adventures from this summer.

I would explore the 7,100 islands of the Philippines and go to Mecca.

I would go to the Grand Canyon and New York City and Alaska.

I could go swimming with the sharks in Hawaii or climb Mt. Helena.

I would meet so many people and learn from each person and culture.

I would come back and become a more educated individual because of all those travels.

I would do all this and more if I were given the chance.

It's too bad they don't make magic carpets.
