So it's been a while since I did my summer session in Ireland and it seems like a dream now, but I cannot forget that it was positively the best time I have ever had. I had some real apprehensions about going overseas for over a month when I had never really left home before. This was the first time in my life that I had gone anywhere alone, but I realized that almost 40 other people were going there alone as well. Within a day or two, I found various groups of people that I felt I could spend the entire session with. We all came from all over the U.S. but some people just got on like we had known each other forever. That was really the greatest part of this trip. The sites were the most beautiful, the locals were fantastic, the classes were more than I could have expected, but it was the people that made my time there the greatest of my life. I am now contemplating going back to Galway to work for the summer with a few girls who were on the trip this past summer. Again, I am getting apprehensive about actually doing it. I digging really deep to discover what it is I really want, and it usually turns to Ireland. But who knows? Any encouragement either way will be greatly appreciated. :)
