In June 2007 I spent some time in Puerto Viejo, which is on the Caribbean coast in Costa Rica. It was such a fun little beach town! I stayed at Pura Vida, which was this nice little eco-hotel. From there you could walk just about a block to this amazing little bakery, where I ended up at least once a day. There were reggae beach parties at night and during the day we did some hiking and some swimming and laying out at the beach. It was a lot of fun. I'd go back anyday!
