I stumbled across STA Travelers on Facebook and now Im a member on the site at least. The organization looks awesome. I ant to find out a little more about "world travel interning"- thats interesting.. I see that there is a STA travel store near me in St. College. Thats cool.
Anyway I am going to be a freshmen at school in New York- Houghton College (Christian Liberal Arts). I will be in Intercultural Studies and Psychology as well, International Development concentration. I wish to go into this because the world and poeples of the world is the only thing of interest to me anymore. Its been that way for a while now. I want nothing more than to help those in other countries less fortunate than US in the US. After visiting roughly 38 or 39 of our States... I think they're all very nice by the way... I cant see myself as an American all my life-just sitting around here making money for myself (I really don't know if i'd like that..)- although I have no shame in my citizenship of course. I think at this point I don't want to come back to the US until I feel ready- if I take off with a missions or world aid organization after college that'd be great- even if I don't make it back til myt thirties... whatever happens, whatever God wants for me.
Ok. Well, I'm gonna try to see if I should do something with or through STA Travelers in the future.... til then, bye and safe travels to all
