Wow! It's been almost 2 months since I've touched down in Shanghai.....

it's my fourth time in the city (since my family lives here), but I still manage to discover different things about the city every time I am here. May it be a women selling local snacks on the side road, the busy bustling traffic during peak hours, or the strange balance between old houses dwelling amongst futuristic skyscrapers, there's something for everyone.

This is my last full week in Shanghai, and I intend to do something very adventurous over the next few days: capture the craziness of the subway system at 8-9am as thousands of people rush to work!! With my office located right next to the Shanghai Oriental Pearl, I have to take 2 of the busiest subway lines amongst the 8lines........ Subway #1 & 2.

It's amazing to see a crowd of 20-30 ppl, all cramped up against the tiny door waiting to rush into the subway. Oh and the last-minute squeeze - this is a classic! Moments before the subway door closes, you'd see ppl running OFF the escalator attempting to fit through the closing doors......... sometimes they make it, and sometimes they don't...
