I LOVED Quebec! Oh my god do I love that city! We happened to be there right our their summer festival and on their 400th anniversary as well! The whole of old town was decked out like it was 1608! I love that time period and the costumes were absolutely FANTASTIC! they also had this amazing sound and light show that was projected on the side of on of the factories. A few years ago they had this... well i don't know if you call it a rule but... if you saved your receipts on your way back into the US you would get your taxes back. They don't do this anymore don't let anyone tell you they do. The exchange rate is still SLIGHTLY in our favor so it really doesn't matter in the end. The waterfall was absolutely AMAZING even in the rain (which there was A LOT of) I wonder what it must have been like to discover it.... I loved being able to travel with my mother she is a really awesome lady! She paid for everything and kept giving me money on top of that!! How sweet! I would probably leave the siblings at home if i were you... The food all over town was really REALLY good but one place in particular really stuck out, well several actually.... AshTon... its a fast food joint but it serves the most AMAZING Poutine (I hope to GOD I'm spelling that right because if said incorrectly you end up ordering a prostitute, how embarrassing for you.) All in all it was a great trip and I will definitely be back in the winter!
