So, I've got a friend from Japan staying with my family right now. My mission is to try think of Seattle like a guest would... what's cool to see, what's vital to do, etc.
And I've come to the conclusion that Seattle is VERY un-touristy. Because I can probably think of three things that don't involve shopping. And c'mon, it's not like the Space Needle is THAT exciting.
On the bright side, she shares my love of coffee, and one of her first request was to see the 1st Starbucks in Seattle. Sounds good to me ^_^
She'll be here for a week, so hopefully I'll come up with some other interesting little trips, and if anyone's got suggestions, that would be appreciated
