Today I went on the Dragon tour of the Perfume River. It was an exceedingly hot day out. We stopped at some tombs and a pagoda, I only went to one of the tombs - spent rest of the time on boat waiting for the others and reading through a good chunk of Middlesex - quite enjoying it - anyone know why the main character refers to brother as 'chaper eleven'?
It was a nice leisurely bit on the river - bout 4 hours worth - they included a simple but yummy lunch too. Unfortunately by the time we docked, my head hurt - maybe the constant whine of the engine and the heat. I went straight for the A/C room and caught a bit of an old movie - Chris Noth and Jonathan Brandis in Africa - don't remember all of it as I dozed off.
I'm awake now, gonna try and find the one raved about indian restaurant - that is what I am craving now - and CHOCOLATE. I have not seen much of that at all.
Tomorrow morning I've got a flight to Saigon, hopefully can stow luggage at airport as flight to London (and then a short one to Leeds) not till evening. It would really suck to spend all day at the airport. Plus, I really want to try and get one last cheapie massage at Lady Saigon too.
