Hey there! Sorry I didn't reply to you. I have been out-of- touch with the world! The Philippines have had consistent travel warnings against it for some time. Most of the problems there occurred in 2005. Even still, being alert and cautious is advised. I would advise that in going anywhere. The most sensitive areas for travel would be in the south in Mindanao and the Sulu Archipelago. How long do you have to travel? I'd recommend going north to see the rice terraces, if you have a short amount of time. Or, heading to Borocay for some diving.
