When I visit Italy I rent a Vespa so I can feel truly Italian. I also wear a helmet and protective knee/elbow/shin guards. Italian drivers are crazy.

When I travel I ALWAYS have travel insurance. A foreign country hospital bill is not an impressive souvenier.
