Hey, I did do an 8 country tour, but it was not a tour with a group, I planned the entire thing myself, I picked the cities with my best friend, planned hostels and a farmstay, found train tickets, and even a 30 dollar plan ticket roundtrip from London to Rome. It was for my Best friend college graduation. It was so amazing and so fun and I felt so accomplished knowing I did the whole thing on my own. Everyone is always shocked to hear I planned it, it's not hard:)

First and foremost, we are all proud that you are over there representing America. Just continue to be safe and come back home in May. Thank you, again, for the picture comments. You're not bad with the camera either. You have a good eye for things. Keep writing about your experiences in Iraq and keep smiling.

I SO know what you mean! Prior to traveling Europe I'd drink whatever beer was available that evening- now I actually have a taste! My favorite biers in Europe were actually the ones I sampled in Brussels, Belgium. Anyhow, I literally was in Heidelberg and Munich for a night each- so my experiences were limited and I will have to return. It was a great first trip there because I got the touristy stuff out of the way while still meeting some locals and watching a few street performances- now next time I get there I'll be able to dig deep and really see what Germany has to offer. I wanted to go to the concentration camp really badly- I don't have one religion that I claim to be, but I respect the beauty of all religions and the power of faith in individual's lives- so seeing a place where people were persecuted for having faith in this world would not only be very emotional- but I think it would help me to realize how this world needs to change, what each young person can do, and that you shouldn't change who you are for anyone- your beliefs are your beliefs. What did you feel about the camp?

yea...i just now realized where cozumel is...and i never made it to the island, but ive heard its a great place to snorkel and swim and play in the sun. i was down around in the quintana roo area for a couple weeks: isla de las mujeres, playa del carmen, xel-ha, etc....and its definately a gorgeous area. but as for variety, i reccommend oaxaca...you can plan a trip to the city,....and then head over to the beaches....puerto escondido is a really popular beach for its beauty. and zicatela has more of a party atmosphere...i think thats where they hold this crazy surfing contest every year.... diviertanse!

Scotland was BEAUTIFUL! I highly recommend it. I went during July and it was a bit chilly-- jacket weather, but still nice! The found the food delicious, even my friend, the pickiest eater in the world, always found something to enjoy. I even tried the haggis, and it's not all that bad! Please feel free to ask me any more questions!
